Florence and Benot's property is located in Ardche, nestled between the Cvennes and the Rhne. For Cros des Calades, they source fruit from five neighbouring estates in the Ardche and Gard departments, all within just a few miles of their own vineyards. Their winemaking philosophy is simple: respect the terroir and
